Why J. K. Management Group?
We are a professional organization with one goal in mind; service our customers in a manner not currently available in this market. Our mission to provide "Modern management with old fashioned customer service". Modern management techniques refer to using web based technology not just for marketing your properties and our services, but also to provide you with a portal for viewing activity reports. We also believe that what you measure you improve and we plan to maintain several KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) to ensure we are keeping a close eye on our performance for you. With regard to old fashioned customer service, we feel it is a bit of a lost art nowadays.
As part of my past experience, the largest home improvement company in the world was my only client for about 6 years. They understand customer service, it is the core of their culture. As a major vendor of theirs and a primary conduit between them and their contractor base, it was incumbent upon me to understand and 'live' their culture. We feel that to profess to exceed Customer expectations is a bit foolish; it's akin to claiming to give 110% effort. Our plan is to ascertain exactly what our clients' expectations are, meet them and also make suggestions of other offerings to service their needs more thoroughly.
Where are we located and what areas do we cover?
Our offices are located in Stoney Point, ON but we service all of southwestern Ontario.

J. K. Management Group is a business venture entered into by John and Karrie Burrows opening up as a division of Abbey Rentals & Property Management for the purpose of engaging in one main function; managing private and commercial properties for the property owners.
